Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take note that the 23rd (Twenty Third) Annual
General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday,
September 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio-Visual
Means ('OAVM') facility in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and
rules framed thereunder read with Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) and
the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) in this regard, from time to time.
The Notice along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is being sent only through
electronic mode to all the members of the Company, whose e-mail addresses are registered with the
Company/Depository(ies)/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) and is also available on the
website of the Company at https://www.aeroplanerice.com/.
Further, in accordance with regulation 36 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter providing the
weblink for accessing the Notice along with Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is being
sent to all those members who have not registered their email addresses with the
Company/Depository Participant(s)/RTA.
