Vide letter referred at (i) above, it was informed that 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company is being held on 28th September, 2026 (Monday) at 15:00 Hrs. through Video Conference/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in accordance with the General Circular(s) issued by MCA and SEBI and Notice of 38th AGM, Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and relevant details of eVoting were submitted. Further, it was also informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company would remain closed from 22.09.2026 to 28.09.2026 (both days inclusive) for AGM and for the purpose of payment of final dividend of Rs.1.00 per share of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended on 31.03.2026. Therefore, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders whose name appear in the register of members as at the end of business hours on 21.09.2026. Thus, 21.09.2026 shall be the Record Date for the purpose of payment of final dividend to the shareholders.
