Further, in compliance with the circular No. NSE/ CML/2018/24 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE Limited, both circulars which are dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Mr. Ajay Charuchandra Kirtane (DIN: 02711040) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other Authority. He is the founder and Associate Member of Management Consultancy Firm – Shah & Kirtane (retired with effect from 31st March 2025) involved in various corporate and commercial consultancy projects spread across various industries including engineering, infrastructure, real estate, auto component etc and has rich experience in Financial Management, Debt Syndication, Mergers - Business / Company Acquisitions. 4.
