In view of the above, the Company has submitted a formal application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi-1, seeking an extension of time for holding the AGM by a period of 3 months under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. We will keep the Stock Exchange informed regarding the decision/outcome of the Registrar of Companies in this matter as soon as it is received.
