The Tribunal has allowed the appeals and set aside the impugned Order-in-Original No. CHN-SVTAX- 002-COM-45 to 47/2016-2017 dated 24.03.2017 passed by the Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Chennai, confirming the entitlement of the Company to CENVAT credit on telecast fees along with setting aside consequential demands of interest and penalties under Statement of Demand Nos. 04/2015, 61/2015 and 55/2016-C(ST-2) covering period from October 2012 to December 2015.
