The Accredited agency has, accordingly, reviewed the GR and confirmed it vide their letter dated 06/09/2026. The same has now been submitted with NA-MOC on their portal. A hard copy of the GR shall also be submitted to CMPDIL for record maintenance and updating of coal resources as per the aforesaid SOP of NA- MOC. The Vetting and submission of the Geological Report marks a significant milestone in the Company’s journey towards development of the coal mine. It follows extensive exploration, geological investigation and technical evaluation undertaken by the Company and represents an important culmination of the exploration phase. The Geological Report vetting and submission to NA-MOC provides the technical and geological basis for the further evaluation and progression of the coal mine. The company is accordingly, preparing the mining plan and expect to submit the same with NA-MOC in due course for their approval. This achievement is an important step towards taking the coal Mine to the next stage of development and eventual production, subject to the requisite statutory approvals, clearances and other applicable processes. The Company believes that the successful vetting and submission of the GR strengthen the long-term potential of the coal asset and commitment to developing mineral assets in a responsible and sustainable manner.
