The AGM will be held on September 28, 2026, through video conference (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM). The company has dispatched the annual report and notice of AGM to its members through electronic mode. Remote e-voting facility is being provided to all members to cast their votes electronically on all resolutions set forth in the notice of AGM through NSDL.
