He previously served as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel of Pokarna Limited, listed on both the BSE and NSE, and subsequently headed the Company Secretarial function of the Kapil Group. His experience includes compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations, regulatory liaison, corporate restructuring, FEMA and ODI compliances, litigation and arbitration coordination, contract governance and stakeholder management.
