Rajnandini Metal Limited has informed the Exchange about a newspaper publication regarding the intimation of the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dispatch of the Notice of AGM and Annual Report published in Business Standard (English and Hindi) on September 7, 2026. The AGM will be held on September 30, 2026, at the registered office of the Company to transact the ordinary business and special business together with the annual report for the financial year 2025-2026.
