GSTR-1 vs. GSTR-3B tax mismatch (tax paid via DRC – 03 without interest; interest and penalty demanded) 2. Excess ITC on import of goods (GSTR-3B vs. GSTR-2B – no valid BOEs for FY 2022-23) 3. Excess ITC – GSTR-3B vs. GSTR-2A (unsubstantiated SEZ / Import claim) 5 Impact on financial, operation The Company is evaluating the Notice and shall file a detailed reply with or other activities of the listed the adjudicating authority within the prescribed timelines. Further the entity, quantifiable in Company shall take appropriate actions in due course of time as may be monetary terms to the extent deemed fit and in the interest of the Company and shall pursue all legal possible remedies available to it.
