The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned above. The Company places on record its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure with the Company. The Company is in the process of filling the resultant vacancy, and details about the successor will be intimated as and when the appointment is made.
