Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd has allotted a total of 5,15,730 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023, and Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme 2023. This allotment, approved on June 22, 2026, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from 63,87,80,167 to 63,92,95,897 shares. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
