Gujarat Gas limited) for the Financial Year 2025 – 26
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is further to our Letter dated 27th August, 2026, wherein, the Company had informed
that the 14th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th
September, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio-Visual
Means (“OAVM”), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of
Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
In terms of the requirement of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are
submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company including the Notice of AGM for
the Financial Year 2025 – 26. The Company has sent the same today i.e. on 5th September,
2026, through electronic mode to the Members who have registered their E-Mail IDs with
the Company’s R&TA/Depository Participant. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b)
of the Listing Regulations the Company has dispatched letters to those Shareholders
whose E-mail addresses are not registered with Company /Depository Participants,
providing the weblink, including the exact path, where complete details of the Annual
Report are available. A copy of the letter sent to the shareholders is also enclosed herewith.
The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025 - 26 is also
available on the website of the Company viz. www.gujarat-energy.com. Further, the
Notice of AGM is also available on the website of Central Depository Services (India)
Limited at www.evotingindia.com.

BUSINESS SEGMENTS
GUJARAT ENERGY LIMITED – this new identity of your Company reflects the Company’s transition from being a single
segment City Gas Distribution Company to a multi segment integrated energy Company.
With effect from 1st May, 2026, the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation & Arrangement has come into effect thereby
inter alia resulting into amalgamation of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (“GSPC”), Gujarat State Petronet
Limited ("GSPL”) and GSPC Energy Limited into your Company as also the demerger of Gas Transmission Business
Undertaking into GSPL Transmission Limited.
Resultantly, the Company now houses the following Business Segments and strategic investments:
City Gas Distribution Segment:
This segment remains the core strength of the Company. With a CGD Volume of 8.69 MMSCMD recorded during the FY
25-26, the Company continues to be a leading CGD Company of India. The Company caters to more than 24.18 lakh
PNG-D, 16030 PNG-C, 4460 PNG-I and 839 No. of CNG Stations as of March 2026 through its robust pipeline network
of more than 45250 KMs sperad across 44 Districts in 6 States and 1 UT.
Gas Trading:
With a total of 31 Cargos imported in FY 25-26, the Gas Trading Segment reported volume of 10.19 MMSCMD of which
5.25 MMSCMD was accounted as inter-segment sale for the City Gas Distribution Segment of the Company. This makes
the Company a Leading Gas Trading Company in India.
Exploration & Production:
Through its 12 Operational E&P Assets, the Company (together with its JV Partners) has achieved cumulative production
of approximately 48 Billion Cubic Feet of gas, 7.58 million barrels of oil and 0.2 million barrels of condensate since
commencement of production operations.
Wind Power Generation:
The Company owns 123.9 MW of wind power capacity across 5 wind farms in Gujarat, comprising 79 Wind Turbine
