Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant provisions of the Companies Act,
2013 and Rules made thereunder, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as
the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of Members for the payment of Final Dividend
of Re.0.25/- (Twenty-Five Paisa) per equity share of the face value of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) each
for the financial year 2025-26. The Final Dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing
Annual General Meeting, shall be paid subject to deduction of tax at source (TDS), as
applicable.
