Mufin Green Finance Limited caters to a diverse customer base, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs),
individual borrowers, self-employed individuals, fleet operators, and businesses within the electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem. The
Company’s core business activities are aligned with sustainable and inclusive financing, with a focus on electric vehicle financing,
solar energy solutions, and support for income-generating activities. Also, the Company provides Mediclaim insurance premium
financing to enhance financial accessibility. These activities are structured across its key business segments as detailed below:
1. Retail & Individual Customers:
M ufin Green Finance serves retail customers, including self-employed individuals and underserved segments, by providing
loans for income-generating activities, personal needs, and small asset purchases, thereby promoting financial inclusion
and economic stability.
2. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs):
T he Company supports SMEs with financing for business expansion, working capital, with a strong emphasis on enterprises
adopting or transitioning to clean energy and sustainable practices.
3. Electric Vehicle (EV) Customers:
M ufin caters to individual buyers, and fleet operators investing in electric mobility solutions, including two-wheelers, three-
wheelers, and commercial EVs, contributing to reduced emissions and sustainable livelihoods.
4. Commercial Vehicle Operators:
T he Company provides financing to drivers and small fleet owners, particularly those transitioning from conventional
vehicles to electric alternatives, enhancing earning potential and promoting cleaner transportation.
5. Solar Product Customers:
M ufin offers financing solutions for rooftop solar systems and other renewable energy technologies to individuals and
small businesses, helping reduce energy costs and improve energy security.
6. Insurance Finance Customers:
T he Company facilitates access to healthcare by offering Mediclaim premium financing, enabling customers to avail
insurance coverage through affordable and structured repayment options.
A s of 2025–26, Mufin Green Finance Limited served more than 1,93,016 active customers across Pan India, excluding
Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, with a significant presence in Kerala, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. During the year, the
Company added over 71,051 customers through its diversified financing portfolio, including EV financing, solar products,
and Mediclaim premium financing.
T he Company reported an Assets Under Management (AUM) of `1,541.17 Crores while maintaining a Gross NPA of 1.94%,
Net NPA of 1.65%, and a Capital Adequacy Ratio of 32.08%, reflecting strong financial and operational performance as a
listed entity on BSE and NSE.
T hrough its diversified portfolio of sustainable financing solutions and customer-centric approach, Mufin Green Finance
Limited remains committed to addressing the evolving needs of its customers while enhancing financial well-being and
supporting livelihood generation. The Company’s strategic focus on green mobility, clean energy financing, and financial
