Further, we wish to intimate that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended by the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall provide to its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business as set out in the Notice convening the ensuing AGM of the Company. For the aforesaid purpose, the Company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting. The remote e-voting period begins Friday, September 25, 2026 at 09:00 Hrs. (IST) and ends on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 17:00 Hrs. (IST). The Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Annual Report including the Notice of the 16th AGM and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for the financial year 2025-26, is being sent to the members through the permitted mode.
