In response to your email dated July 7, 2026, seeking clarification on significant increase in
trading volume of Company’s equity shares across Exchanges in the recent past.
In this regard, we would like to clarify that at present there is no material relevant information /
event having a significant bearing on the operations / performance of the Company, which
requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The volatility in the volume of Company’s equity shares today
is completely market driven.
Further, the Company has been disclosing all the information / events which have a significant
bearing on the operations / performance of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on regular basis
as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015.
