Approval of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026:- Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company, the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (“Financial Results”), which have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations has been approved. We are enclosing herewith the following as Annexure I: a. Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report thereon; b. Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report thereon 2. Authorization to the Key Managerial Personnel (“KMPs”) of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or Information:- Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations, and the Company’s Policy on Determination of Materiality of information /events, the Board of Directors of the Company have authorized the Key Managerial Personnel (“KMPs”) of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or Information and to make appropriate disclosure on timely basis to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
