The company has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will consider and adopt the audited financial statements, re-appoint Mr. Vinay Kumar Modi as a Director, and consider and pass the resolution to alter/amend the existing Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association.
