Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 (“Annual Report”) and AGM Notice are being sent through electronic mode to all the Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depository Participant (‘DP’). Further, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report and AGM Notice, is being sent to those members whose Email IDs are not registered with the Company / RTA / DP. The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 containing the AGM Notice are enclosed herewith and can be accessed on the Company’s website at https://www.unipartsgroup.com/home/annual_report. The Company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (remote e-voting as well as e-voting at the AGM) to the members who are holding shares on the Cut-off date i.e. Monday, September 21, 2026. The remote e-voting will commence at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Thursday, September 24, 2026 and end at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
