CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE
Palred Technologies:
Bridging the Gap between Technology & People
Dear Valued Shareholders,
It is my privilege to present to you the 27th Annual Report of Palred Technologies Limited for the financial year 2025–26.
FY2025–26 continued to be challenging for the consumer electronics industry and for our business. Cautious consumer
spending, intense competition and sustained pricing pressure affected demand across value-focused categories. While revenue
was lower than the previous year, we achieved a meaningful improvement in margins through sharper product selection, SKU
rationalisation, tighter cost control and increased in-house manufacturing. As a result, losses reduced despite the lower topline.
Building Operational Strength
We continued to strengthen our in-house manufacturing capabilities at our Nacharam facility, Hyderabad. Several products
across our existing and newly introduced categories are now manufactured in-house, providing better control over quality,
costs, lead times and supply-chain responsiveness.
Audio products, including TWS, speakers and over-the-ear headphones, remained our largest category, while Power Banks
continued to be an important utility-led category. We also expanded into IT accessories, auto accessories and personal care
accessories, broadening our portfolio and creating new opportunities for growth.
We continued to rationalise underperforming SKUs and focus on products with sustainable demand and healthier contribution
margins. Our objective is to build a stronger and more sustainable business, rather than pursue scale without profitability.
Channel Innovation and Consumer Access
Amazon and Flipkart continued to be our largest sales channels. We also maintain our presence across other online, offline and
B2B channels to improve consumer access and diversify distribution.
Our focus is on building a channel mix that supports efficient distribution, sustainable margins and disciplined growth.
Looking Ahead with Realism and Resolve
The market environment remains competitive and recovery will require consistent execution. However, the improvement in
margins and reduction in losses demonstrate that our actions on manufacturing, product mix and cost control are moving the
business in the right direction.
Our focus in the coming year will be on:
• Improving margins while progressively increasing the top line.
• Strengthening in-house manufacturing and operational efficiency.
• Building relevant new categories and improving the product portfolio.
• Strengthening efficient distribution and B2B opportunities.
The business is not capital intensive, and our existing manufacturing infrastructure is adequate for the current operating plan.
Any capital expenditure will be targeted and linked to efficiency or capability enhancement. Contract manufacturing remains a
potential future opportunity; however, our immediate priority is to strengthen the core branded business and improve profitability.
Gratitude and Commitment
I thank our employees, customers, suppliers, channel partners and shareholders for their continued trust and support. We
remain committed to rebuilding momentum and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Thank you,
Palem Supriya Reddy
Chairperson & Managing Director
