Pursuant to the Se(cid:425)lement, ZPUI has agreed to pay a total of USD 5.9 million to resolve above li(cid:415)ga(cid:415)on ma(cid:425)ers. The Se(cid:425)lement contains a full and final release of all claims by the Indirect Reseller Plain(cid:415)ffs and was entered into without any admission of fault or wrongdoing by ZPUI.
