Consideration and approval of the 25th Board’s Report along with its Annexures thereto of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026. 5. Approval of the Notice convening 25th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of Xtranet Technologies Limited scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 03:00 P.M.
