Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 22, 2026, noted the resignation of Mr. Kamal Sharma from the position of Independent Director. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on June 10, 2026. Mr. Sharma cited personal commitments as the reason for his inability to devote sufficient time to his responsibilities, leading to his decision to step down from the Board.
