Srinivasan will lead the development, integra(cid:415)on, and scaling of Hexaware’s pla(cid:414)orm por(cid:414)olio, which includes Amaze® for cloud moderniza(cid:415)on, RapidX® for AI-accelerated so(cid:332)ware engineering, Tensai® for agen(cid:415)c IT opera(cid:415)ons, and Agentverse™ for enterprise AI agents. He will also deepen the company’s work with its AI ecosystem partners across the AI-na(cid:415)ve so(cid:332)ware development lifecycle. Addi(cid:415)onally, he will oversee the roadmap, governance, and enterprise-scale adop(cid:415)on of Hexaware’s unified pla(cid:414)orm por(cid:414)olio. The role strengthens Hexaware’s pla(cid:414)orm-led strategy at a (cid:415)me when enterprises want to move AI beyond isolated pilots and into everyday produc(cid:415)on use. Rather than separate products, the por(cid:414)olio is being consolidated under a single shared founda(cid:415)on of AI-na(cid:415)ve services that clients can adopt as one route to moderniza(cid:415)on. Under Srinivasan’s leadership, the pla(cid:414)orms will work together as a connected system instead of opera(cid:415)ng than in silos, running on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud alongside hyperscaler services. Srinivasan brings more than 35 years of industry experience, including over 27 years at Hexaware across pla(cid:414)orm engineering, delivery, and complex program execu(cid:415)on. He most recently served as Senior Corporate Vice President & Global Delivery Head for Digital & So(cid:332)ware. He is one of the principal architects, with his team, behind Amaze® and RapidX®, which anchor Hexaware’s pla(cid:414)orm- led services strategy.
