Company for the FY 2025-26.
With reference to our earlier letter dated September 3, 2026, wherein the Company had
informed that the 63rd AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September
30, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 34(1) of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we enclose herewith the Annual Report along with the
Notice of 63rd AGM and other Statutory Reports of the Company for the FY 2025-26, which is
being sent through electronic mode to all the Shareholders of the Company whose email
addresses are registered with the Company / its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) /
Depository Participants (DPs).
Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending
a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company / RTA
/ DPs, providing a web-link for accessing the Annual Report of the Company.
