Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 22, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of Members for payment of the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025- 26, if approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 11, 2026, recommended final Dividend of Rs.2/- (20%) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the Financial year ("FY”) 2025-26, for approval by the shareholders at the AGM. If approved by the Members at the AGM, the Final Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of the dividend, to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners as on the aforesaid Record Date.
