We refer to our intimation dated May 21, 2026, wherein the Board of Directors of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited (‘Company’) approved the further increase in shareholding not exceeding 24.2% in a subsidiary, namely Earth Rhythm Private Limited (“Earth Rhythm”). We hereby wish to inform that the Company has successfully executed all necessary transaction / procedural documents for the said increase. Consequently, an additional 24.2% equity shareholding has been secured in Earth Rhythm, and the corresponding equity shares have been duly credited to the Company's demat account.
