We know who makes it happen. Performance. And we know what it takes to make growth count. The Park Hotels, purpose is our compass. It shapes the destinations we enter, the experiences we create and the brands we build for the future. From bringing our land bank to life through new hospitality-led developments to taking our distinctive design and heritage beyond traditional hotel formats, we are growing with intent. But hospitality has never been built by numbers alone. It is built by the warmth behind every welcome, the character of our iconic brands and the commitment that turns every stay into a memory. Technology and AI may transform how we operate and serve, but our people remain at the heart of what we do. They bring the judgement, warmth and human connection that turn technology-enabled hospitality into meaningful moments. And performance is where purpose delivers results. This year, we crossed INR 700 crores in revenue, maintained 91% occupancy and strengthened a portfolio that now spans 42 hotels and 2,677 keys. Yet the numbers tell only part of the story. From EM Bypass, Kolkata and Juhu, Mumbai to Visakhapatnam, we are opening new doors, venturing into new destinations and creating new formats for growth. Purpose gives us direction. People give it life. Performance gives it the momentum to go further. Together, they define how we are building for the future: with intention, imagination and the confidence to be Anything But OrdinaryTM.
