When I look at Innovana today, I feel proud of how far we have come and, more importantly, excited about where we are going. Over the years, we have learned that in the technology business, standing still is not an option. Customer needs change, technology changes and new opportunities emerge every day. We have therefore always tried to stay open to new ideas and new possibilities. That approach continued during FY 2025–26. This year, we continued to strengthen our existing businesses while also taking important steps into new areas such as Artificial Intelligence, renewable energy, wellness and digital platforms. Some of these businesses are already contributing to our growth, while others are still at an early stage. I believe that is a natural part of building a long-term business. Our Technology Business Technology remains the foundation of Innovana. We continue to develop and operate consumer-focused software products used by customers across different markets. Our products address everyday needs such as system optimisation, security, privacy, productivity and digital utilities. What matters to me is that we do not look at these products as something that is finished once launched. We continuously improve them based on changing technology and customer expectations. Our experience of building products for consumers across global markets has given us a strong understanding of what people want from technology—something that is simple, useful, reliable and easy to use. We intend to build further on this experience. Artificial Intelligence One area that I believe will have a major impact on Innovana is Artificial Intelligence. AI is changing the way people work with technology, and we want to be part of that change. We are working on AI-powered virtual assistants and intelligent solutions for Windows, Mac and our Astro applications. We are also developing Mac Assistance, which is aimed at making every day digital tasks easier and more personalised. For us, AI is not about following a trend. It is about finding practical ways to make our products better. I believe the real opportunity will come from using AI to understand users better, automate repetitive tasks and make software more helpful in everyday life. This is an area where we intend to invest and experiment aggressively, while remaining focused on products that have real customer value. 11th Annual Report Anytime Astro Our Astro business has become an important part of Innovana. Through Anytime Astro, we are building a digital platform that makes astrology services more accessible and convenient for consumers. But our vision for this business goes beyond astrology consultations. We see an opportunity to build a larger ecosystem around astrology, spirituality, learning and wellness. This is why we are developing initiatives such as Astro Mall and Anytime Astro Academy, alongside our other digital products in this space. We are still building this business, and there is much more that we want to do. Our focus will remain on improving the customer experience, expanding our offerings and creating a platform that people can trust. Innovana Green Energy Another important step taken during the year was the creation of Innovana Green Energy Private Limited. I am particularly excited about this initiative because renewable energy is not only a business opportunity; it is also an area that will become increasingly important for the future. Innovana Green Energy is focused on the solar energy space, including rooftop solar, solar projects, renewable power generation, solar EPC and related energy solutions. We are at the beginning of this journey, and our approach will be gradual and disciplined. We want to build the right capabilities, understand the market and grow the business responsibly. I believe renewable energy can become an important part of Innovana’s future, and I am looking forward to seeing this business develop in the years ahead. Fitness and Wellness Our Innovana Fitness Labs business is another area where we see long-term opportunity. The way people think about health and fitness is changing. Fitness is increasingly becoming part of everyday lifestyle rather than something people do only occasionally. Our aim is to build fitness centres that are welcoming, modern and community-oriented. We want people to see these spaces not just as gyms, but as places where they can work towards better health and wellbeing. We will continue to expand this business carefully and focus on providing a good experience to our members. Looking at New Opportunities One thing I have always believed is that Innovana should never be afraid to explore something new. That does not mean entering every new sector. It means being willing to look at opportunities, understand them properly and take a decision when we believe there is a genuine long-term opportunity. That is why our broader business interests now include areas such as gaming, infrastructure, renewable energy and other emerging businesses. Some opportunities will grow faster than others. Some will require patience. Our responsibility is to allocate our time and capital carefully and stay focused on businesses where we believe we can create value. 11th Annual Report Creating Value for Shareholders Our shareholders have trusted us with their capital, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My objective is not simply to grow the size of Innovana. I want to build a company that is financially disciplined, innovative and capable of creating value over a long period of time.
