BOOK-CLOSURE: Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 to Monday, 28th September,2026 (Both the days inclusive) 2. CUT-OFF DATE: The record date/cut-off date shall be Monday, 21st September, 2026 for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the Members of the Company in the respect of businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company. 3. E-VOTING PERIOD: The Company has provided remote e-voting period will commence on Friday, 25th September 2026 (9.00 a.m. IST) to Sunday, 27th September 2026 (5.00 p.m. IST). 4. VENUE VOTING: As the AGM is to be conducted through OAVM/VC facility, the Venue Voting at the AGM is available for those Shareholders who have not voted through E-voting platform and attending the AGM.
