The Board recorded its view that since the necessary conditions for re-classification as required by Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations have been met, it is only proper that approval of the Board of Directors be granted to the application and a request for approving the reclassification be made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
