of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability
Report, together with the Notice convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company,
scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 12.00 Noon (IST), at ICONIQA Hotel - Mumbai
International Airport, opp. T2 Terminal, Navpada, Marol, Andheri (E, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400099, in
accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations.
In compliance with the applicable statutory provisions and circulars, the Annual Report, together with the
Notice of the AGM for the Financial Year 2025-26, has been sent electronically to those Members whose e-
mail addresses are registered with the Company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) or their
respective Depository Participants.
