Both the properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool and a fitness center. Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool and a fitness center. We would further like to inform you that, with reference to our earlier disclosure dated August 06, 2026, regarding the termination of the Lease Deed by Fleur Hotels Limited (“Fleur”), a material subsidiary of the Company, in respect of Lemon Tree Premier, Leisure Valley 2, Gurugram (the “Hotel”), an 80-room hotel operated by the Company, the Hotel has been de-flagged and shall no longer form part of the Lemon Tree brand portfolio with effect from September 3, 2026.
