The commissioning of the facility has resulted in an enhancement of the Company's manufacturing capacity. Consequent to the above capacity addition, the Company's total installed manufacturing capacity has increased from 201,000 MT to 221,000 MT with effect from 9th July’2026 The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30thJanuary, 2026 (“SEBI Circular”), are provided in Annexure A enclosed herewith.
