M. Zaveri & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries (M. No. 5418, COP No. 4363) has tendered their resignation as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company with effect from September 04, 2026 vide their letter dated September 04, 2026 with the reason mentioned in the resignation letter enclosed herewith. There is no material reason for the resignation other than reason as mentioned in the enclosed letter. The Audit Committee and the Board would consider the appointment of new Secretarial auditors in due course and the same would be intimated accordingly.
