DATASEL S.R.L. is a SubsidiaryofNeco Defence Munitions Private Limited. There is no direct relation of these Companies with Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited except that both these entities are owned by the same promoters group. Further, Shri Anand Jayaswal, Non Executive Director ofJNIL isthe only common director in DATASEL S.R.L. Further JNIL does not have anytransactionswith DATASEL S.R.L. and Neco Defence Munitions Private Limited. It is important to clarify to all the stakeholders that any consequences arising therefrom will not have any financial impact on JNIL, as the DATASEL S.R.L is not an associate/ joint venture/ subsidiary company of JNIL and operates independently.
