Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above cited subject, we are pleased to inform you that SBC Exports Limited has received a repeat Export Order for supply of various Garment articles including T-Shirts, Trousers, and Shorts etc. for a value of USD$ 794110.15 (INR 7.5 Crore) (Rupees Seven Crore Fifty lakhs only ) from a Dubai based Textile Company. We are hereby submitting the Additional Details Required under SEBI Circular dated November 11th, 2024 (SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123), under Regulation 30 and 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. - Additional details of Receiving of Order are as under: 1. Name of the entity awarding the order(s)/contract(s): M/s HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC. 2. Significant terms and conditions of order(s)/contract(s) awarded in brief: a) The payment of the shipment will be received within the period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods by M/s HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC. b) All the value of Consideration will be in US Dollar only. c) All the expenses relating to the Insurance and freight will be borne by M/s HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC. d) In case of any dispute, the Governing law shall be the law of the United Arab Emirates. 3. Whether order(s)/contract(s) have been awarded by domestic/international entity: International Entity. 4. Nature of order(s)/contract(s): Export Order for supply of various Garment articles including T- Shirts, Trousers, Shorts etc. 5.
