LLC, a Dubai based Textile Company. Our Company was consistently striving to enter in the Global market and this Export order can be seen as the key to unlock new opportunities outside the country. We are hereby submitting the Additional Details Required under SEBI Circular dated November 11th, 2024 (SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123), under Regulation 30 and 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. - Additional details of Receiving of Order are as under: 1. Name of the entity awarding the order(s)/contract(s): M/s GAWGEE BROTHERS WHOLESALERS CO. LLC. 2. Significant terms and conditions of order(s)/contract(s) awarded in brief: a) Each box shall contain all sizes, i.e., S, M, L, XL and XXL. b) Each set of 2 pieces shall be packed in one polybag. c) Mixing of pieces/quantities is not permitted in one box. d) Part payment and shipment are allowed as per the agreed terms. e) All prices quoted under the order are in United States Dollars (USD). f) The remaining terms and conditions shall be as per the Agreement between the parties. 3. Whether order(s)/contract(s) have been awarded by domestic/international entity: International Entity. 4. Nature of order(s)/contract(s): Export Order for supply of various garment articles, including T- Shirts, Trousers, Shorts, etc. 5. Time period by which the order(s)/contract(s) is to be executed: The term of the order/agreement is one year from the date of Purchase order Acknowledgment i.e. 03.09.2026. 6. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s): US$ 2,302,400.00 (equivalent to approximately INR 22 Crores) 7. Whether the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s)? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof: No. None of the promoter, promoter group or group companies has any interest in the entity that awarded the order. 8.
