As we conclude the Financial Year 2025-26, it is my privilege and honor to present the 34th Annual Report of M /s. Hazoor Multi Projects Limited (the “Company”/ “Hazoor”/ “HMPL”). The year under review has been one of continued transformation and opportunity for the infrastructure sector. India’s sustained economic growth, increasing urbanisation, expanding connectivity and strong public investment in infrastructure have created a favourable environment for companies operating across transportation, construction, urban development, energy and allied sectors. This year marks a significant milestone in our journey, defined by continued progress, strategic growth, and a firm commitment to building a stronger infrastructure foundation for India. Recognizing the vast opportunities within India’s infrastructure landscape, HMPL strategically diversified its operations. Today, the Company has emerged as a key player in the construction and development of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. Its portfolio includes hotels, dams, bridges, roads, and other civil engineering works. HMPL also specializes in executing projects under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) models, catering to both government and private sector clients. This year has been one of challenges and learning for your Company, as we navigated a business environment marked by global economic slowdown, fluctuating raw material prices, regulatory changes and industry-specific headwinds. Against this backdrop, your Company remained focused on delivering sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance and execution. We continued to strengthen our capabilities, enhance operational efficiency and pursue opportunities that are aligned with our long-term strategic objectives. The total income of your Company (standalone) reached 425.52 Crore, and net profit is ₹ 22.87 Crore with the Group’s total income of ₹ 595.85 Crore and net profit of ₹ 42.68 Crore. We view this period not as a setback but as a strategic pause, enabling us to realign our operations, enhance efficiencies, and build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth. We have a strong launch pipeline that will help us build upon the growth momentum achieved in FY26. During FY 2025–26, our priorities continued to centre around disciplined project execution, prudent financial management, effective risk management and strengthening our organisational capabilities. We remain conscious of the challenges inherent in the infrastructure business, including execution complexities, commodity- price volatility, financing requirements and evolving regulatory expectations. Our approach is to address these challenges proactively while maintaining a balanced and sustainable growth strategy. Our people remain at the heart of our success. Their commitment, expertise and dedication enable us to execute complex projects and respond effectively to changing market requirements. We will continue to invest in talent development, workplace safety, innovation and a culture of accountability and excellence. Looking ahead, we see significant opportunities arising from India’s infrastructure development agenda. Investments in roads, airports, logistics, renewable energy, urban infrastructure and digital connectivity are expected to continue supporting the sector. Your Company is well positioned to participate in this growth by leveraging its experience, capabilities, relationships and commitment to execution excellence. At the same time, we believe that growth must be responsible and sustainable. Environmental stewardship, social responsibility and strong corporate governance will remain integral to our business philosophy. We are committed to creating value not merel [Showing first 8,000 characters — download PDF for full document]
