To appoint a Director in place of Mr. Abhay Bhide, (DIN: 05307473), who retires by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment. 2. The Board of Directors of the Company fixed the remuneration payable to M/s. S.V. Vhatte & Associates, Cost Accountants, Solapur appointed by Board of directors for the financial year ending on 31st March 2027 amounting to Rs 60,000/-(Rupees Sixty Thousand only) and also the payment of taxes as applicable and reimbursement of out of pocket expenses incurred by him subject to approval of shareholders. 3. Fixed to convene 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, with physical presence of the members and further intimation of Book Closure and E - Voting. Notice of 35th Annual General Meeting will be submitted and circulated in due course.
