Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A (7B) of Part A of Schedule III thereof and the applicable provisions of the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 issued on July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026, we hereby inform that: (i) Resignation of Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella, from the office of Additional Director (Non-executive Independent).  The Company has received a resignation letter dated 4th September 2026 from Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella (DIN:06871120), tendering her resignation from the office of Additional Director (Non-executive Independent) of the Company with effect from 4th September 2026.  Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella, has resigned on account of pre-occupation and personal reasons and has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation.  Consequent to their resignation, Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella, shall ceased to be the member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company with effect from the said date.  The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance and support rendered by Ms. Rajendran Stella Isabella, during her association with the Company.
