Gamco Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulation, 2011, from its promoter, Mr. Rajeev Goenka. Mr. Goenka acquired 28,734 equity shares of the company through open market transactions between June 16-18, 2026. This acquisition increased his total shareholding from 12,156,097 shares (22.50%) to 12,184,831 shares (22.55%) of the company's total issued and paid-up equity share capital. The change represents a minor increase in promoter stake.
