In accordance with the recommendations of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and prevailing industry best practices, the Company has planned a temporary shutdown of “One of its 60 MW IPP Units” commencing from September 06, 2026, to undertake routine inspection, maintenance and overhauling activities in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. The shutdown is expected to continue for about 55 to 60 days and is scheduled during a period of relatively lower thermal power production requirements due to greater availability of hydel power and consequent lower tariffs. Accordingly, the Company does not expect any material adverse impact on its business operations or overall performance on account of this shutdown.
