The notice pertains to a Corporate Guarantee provided by the Company in respect of the credit facilities availed by Preciso Metall Private Limited, an Associate Company of the Company. The Company is currently reviewing the contents of the notice and evaluating the appropriate course of action, including the legal remedies available to it. The Company will keep the Stock Exchange informed of any further material developments in this regard.
