The Company has received commercial orders for the newly developed product from NMDC and Tata Steel Limited, following customer evaluation and approval. The order received from Tata Steel Limited represents the first order for this product from Tata Steel. Higher-value product: The Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst is a comparatively higher-value product within the Company’s existing catalyst portfolio. About Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst An Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst helps break down Ammonia (NH₃) into Hydrogen (H₂) and Nitrogen (N₂) at high temperatures. When used for hydrogen production, it acts as a reforming catalyst, enabling hydrogen to be recovered from ammonia. The catalyst also helps in decomposing ammonia present in industrial process gases before downstream processing. Industry Applications The product has applications across industries such as: • Metallurgical & Steel Processing – including applications in sulphur recovery and treatment of process gases. • Renewable Energy & Green Hydrogen – for conversion of ammonia into hydrogen. • Oil & Gas Refineries – for ammonia decomposition in relevant gas treatment and processing applications. 1 | Page Management Commentary Savan Prahlad bhai Patel, Managing Director, Devson Catalyst Limited, said: “We received our first order for the Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst from NMDC in May 2026, and the product has been successfully used by the customer.
