Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).
Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above-mentioned SCN intimation and the applicable Listing regulations, the
Company hereby confirms that it has received an Order-in-original (“OIO”) bearing DIN
20260978NX0000B45E77, from Office of the Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom
House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka – Uran, District - Raigad, Maharashtra -400707 dated 01st September,
2026 (received vide email dated 03rd September 2026).
The OIO has confirmed the approach (as intimated in the SCN) in relation to the classification proposed
to be adopted for certain imports made by the Company. The OIO confirms the differential IGST
demand, along with applicable interest and penalties, in relation to the rate of IGST adopted by the
Company on certain imports. The order has been passed notwithstanding the technical and legal
submissions made by the Company, including reliance on earlier orders involving similar matters.
The OIO has been received by the Company on 03rd September, 2026 vide email at 16:10 p.m.
Based on legal advice, the Company intends to challenge the OIO before the Customs, Excise and
Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (“CESTAT”) within the prescribed timeline. The Company believes
that it has a strong case on merits and expects appropriate relief from the appellate forum.
