Goldiam International Ltd has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26, scheduled to be held on September 29, 2026, through video conferencing. The meeting will consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, reports of directors and auditors, and the declaration of a 1st interim dividend of ₹2.75 (36.75%) on each paid-up equity share.
