Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule IIT of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. through Video
Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in conformity with the regulatory
provisions and the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. A
copy of the notice of the 17th AGM is enclosed herewith.
Further, as per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with rule 20 of the Companies
(Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing facility to the Members
to cast their votes by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 17th AGM

I, Suhir Hiralal Shah (Managing Director), heartily welcome you all to the RELICAB FAMILY.
With your continued support and trust, we are poised to accelerate on a robust growth trajectory,
leveraging our established foundation and expanding opportunities.
I am proud to share that FY 2025-26 has been a year of high growth and profitability for your
company. The company has garnered operating revenues of Rs. 6420.59 lakhs with EBIDTA of
Rs. 525.01 lakhs and a Profit after tax of Rs. 190.13 lakhs.
Relicab has consistently positioned itself as an early adopter of technology, and during the year
under review, the Company has further accelerated its efforts to embed technology at the core of
its operations. This strategic focus enables stronger connectivity with customers, dealers, and the
sales force, while ensuring that technology remains a key differentiator in the industry.
Continuous investments in advanced systems and processes are being made to support non-linear
growth and to strengthen competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market environment.
The Company recognizes that the competitive landscape is undergoing significant
transformation. In response, Relicab has sharpened its strategic priorities and reinforced its
commitment to creating long-term value. While challenges were encountered during the year,
they provided valuable insights into business dynamics and strengthened organizational
resilience. Key learnings included the importance of teamwork, effective communication,
customer-centricity, and maintaining uncompromising standards of product quality.
During the year, the Company has improved its technology for product research and
development, thereby enhancing innovation capabilities and aligning offerings with prevailing
market dynamics and customer demand trends. This initiative complements ongoing efforts to
expand production capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring readiness to meet future growth
opportunities.
Looking ahead, Relicab intends to pursue sustainable growth by addressing the rising demand
for Electrical Cables and PVC Compounds in both domestic and international markets. The
Company remains committed to innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
as the cornerstones of its growth strategy.
The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to all stakeholders for their continued support and
confidence. Relicab will continue to strive towards achieving new milestones and delivering
enhanced value as it advances its business expansion plans.

Highlights & Developments
The Company successfully commenced exports to Ghana, marking entry into a new growth
territory and expanding its international footprint.
The Company has installed newer dies and machines (dual extruder lines) to meet domestic and
export requirements based on new product trends like skinning wires, ZHFR cables and other
such demand dynamics of the market.
The Company has upgraded its existing plant and machinery and revamped its production lines
for upgrading the necessary infra needed based on market demands of products and due to this
production facility revamp, now the company is geared up with upgraded machines and lines
with improved product quality and delivery efficiency to manage the high demand expected
during coming quarters.
The Company’s factory at Daman was inspected and got approval from CG Power (Nashik
Plant) for supplying to their OEMs.
The Company secured export orders for MM S/C Cable, reinforcing its growing presence in
international markets.
A renewed focus on quality assurance and compliance has been implemented, ensuring
adherence to global standards and enhancing customer confidence.
The Company has initiated R&D efforts to diversify its product portfolio, with emphasis on
sustainable and high-performance cable solutions aligned with future industry trends.

NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Relicab Cable
Manufacturing Limited will be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at 12.00 p.m. through
Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) means to transact the following
business:
ORDINARY BUSINESS:
1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the Audited Financial Statement comprising of Balance
Sheet as at 31st March 2026, Profit and Loss Account (Statement of Profit and Loss) for the
year ended on that date, Cash Flow Statement and the Notes together with the Reports of the
Directors and Auditor thereon.
2. To appoint a director in place of Ms. Vijaya More (DIN: 07283800) who retires by rotation
under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and being eligible, offered herself
for re –appointment.
SPECIAL BUSINESS:
3. To consider and approve Appointment of Mr. Suhir Shah (DIN 02420617) as Managing
Director of the Company.
To consider and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification(s), the following resolution
as a Special Resolution:
