This is in reference to our intimation dated August 04, 2026, regarding the notice of postal ballot (“Notice”)
dated August 03, 2026, seeking approval of the members by way of Special Resolution for amending certain
objects of Initial Public Offer (“IPO”) proceeds.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that, based on the report of Scrutinizer, the resolution has been duly
approved by the Members of the Company with the requisite majority. The resolution is deemed to have been
passed on Thursday, September 03, 2026, the last date specified for receipt of votes through remote e-voting
process.
Please find enclosed herewith the following:
1. Details of Voting Results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations as
Annexure A; and
2. Scrutinizer’s Report pursuant to Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and
22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as Annexure B.
The aforesaid voting results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report will be available on the Company’s website at
https://www.parkhospital.in/investor-relations and on website of National Securities Depository Limited at
www.evoting.nsdl.com.

Subject: Scrutinizer report on the postal ballot process conducted through e-voting in respect of
the resolution set-out in the Postal Ballot notice dated August 03,2026
Dear Sir,
I, Deepak Sharma, Partner of Sharma Jain & Associates, Company Secretaries, having office at 201, ABC
Complex, 20 Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 (having CP No. 3670 and Membership No. F-
5825), India, had been appointed as Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors of Park Medi World Limited
(‘the Company') on August 03, 2026 for the purpose of scrutinizing the Postal Ballot voting conducted by
way of electronic voting process (‘e-voting') in a fair and transparent manner in respect of the resolution
contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated August 03, 2026 (‘Notice') in accordance with the provisions
of Sections 108 & 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act’) and Rule 20 and Rule 22 of the Companies
(Management and Administration) Rules, 2014
I submit my report as under:
1. As per the General Circular Nos. 14/2020 dated April 08, 2020, 17 /2020 dated April 13, 2020,
22/2020 dated June 15, 2020, 33/2020 dated September 28, 2020, 39/2020 dated December 31,
2020, 10/2021 dated June 23, 2021, 20/2021 dated December 08, 2021, 3/2022 dated May 05, 2022,
11/2022 dated December 28, 2022, 09/2023 dated September 25, 2023, 09/2024 dated September
19, 2024 and 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 (‘MCA Circulars’) and Regulation 44 of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements),
Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') allowing the companies to hold general meetings/conduct
the Postal Ballot process through e-voting only, the Company has sent the Notice on August 04, 2026
through electronic mode only to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered, and whose
names are recorded in the Register of Members/ Beneficial owners of the Company as on the Cut-off
date i.e. Friday, July 31,2026 ('Cut-off date”) with the Company /Depository Participant.
2. The Company has published an advertisement on Wednesday, August 05, 2026 in ‘Financial Express’
(English newspaper) and in ‘Jansatta’ (Hindi newspaper) regarding completion of dispatch of Notjeg
on Tuesday, August 04, 2026 and also specifying therein the matter prescribed in the Rules,
regard to e-voting.
3. As per the MCA Circulars, physical copies of the Notice, postal ballot forms and pre-paid bust:
envelopes were not dispatched to the Members. Accordingly, the communication of the assel
dissent of the Members had taken place through the E-Voting system only.

4. Thé management of the Company is responsible to ensure the compliance with the requirements of (i)
the Act and the Rules made thereunder; (ii) the MCA Circulars; and (jii) the Listing Regulations in
respect of the resolution contained in the Notice as well as to ensure a secured framework and
robustness of electronic voting system.
My responsibility as scrutinizer for e-voting process is restricted to make the Scrutinizer's Report of
the votes cast in "Favour" or "Against” by the members in respect of the resolution contained in the
Notice. My Report is based on verification of data and reports generated from the voting system
provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), the Agency authorized under the Rules
and engaged by the Company to provide e-voting facility and papers/ documents furnished to me
electronically till the time fixed for closing of the e-voting process ie., till Thursday, September 03,
2026, at 05:00 PM. (IST).
The Members of the Company holding equity shares, as on the Cut-off Date ie., Friday, July 31, 2026
were entitled to vote on the proposed resolution as set out in the Notice, through e- voting only.
The total paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company as on Friday, July 31, 2026 was Rs.
86,38,61,728/- (Rupees Eighty Six Crores Thirty Eight Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred
Twenty Eight Only) divided into 43,19,30,864 (Forty Three Crores Nineteen Lakhs Thirty Thousand
